To enjoy to the fullest
your bounce house, a few
safety
guidelines need to be followed.
SAFETY
- We reserve the right
to refuse to set-up your unit at your site if it can not be done SAFELY.
- You will receive
safety
instructions from the inflatable
professional who sets up your unit.
- Jewelry, glasses and
shoes should be removed before entering the unit. Remember that these items
can injure the person wearing them as well as others around them.
- There are limitations
to the number of people, weight and age of the participants. Inquire at time
of rental.
LOCATION
- No overhead
obstructions (including but not limited to power lines and tree limbs).
- Leveled grass surface
free of rocks or objects sticking out of the ground.
- Minimum of 10 feet
clearance in all directions.
- Need a power source
within 50 feet of the unit.
- Backup location
for the inflatable just in case the primary location doesn't work.
- Turn your sprinkler
system off the night prior to your rental.
- Mark the heads of your
sprinkler system in the area of your unit location prior to rental.
Let the installer know about underground utilities in area of unit location.
RULES
- NO SILLY STRING. The chemicals in the silly string will damage the
fabric of the inflatable. Remember that if silly string is found or any
damage from silly string is found that you may be responsible for the
repairs or replacement of the unit.
- No pets.
- No food or gum in the
unit.
- No hanging from the
ceiling, walls or netting.
- All equipment must be
returned and in the
same condition
it was delivered in. There will be charges for any missing or abused
equipment. Normal wear is expected so go ahead and play!
WEATHER
- In case of bad
weather, we will call you and ask you to shut the unit off
to ensure your safety.
We will monitor the weather closely at your location but you are ultimately
responsible for gauging the weather and shutting the unit off if the
conditions become unsafe.
- If it begins to rain
during your event evacuate the unit. If it is a light rain with winds below
15 - 20 MPH let the unit run. When the rain passes wipe it down with a towel
and continue the fun. If the winds are above 20 MPH or it is heavy rain with
lightening and thunder, evacuate the unit and shut it down.
- Deposits are
non-refundable,
except in case of weather related issues. In these cases, we will be
happy to either refund your deposit or reschedule your event. We
reserve the right to cancel if we feel it is unsafe to operate the bounce
house due to the weather.
- If the weather is questionable, we will give you the
choice to cancel or set-up, however in the event that we deliver and setup
the unit and the weather turns bad
no refunds or reschedules
will be made.
